Custom Orders
We are pleased to offer Arizona Faux Beams Products that are custom-manufactured to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully.  Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once your order is in production.

In Stock Orders
Products that are returnable must be done so within 15 days of receipt of products and are subject to 20% restocking fee. No products, which has been modified, painted or stained is eligible for return.  Items must be in resalable condition. Arizona Faux Beams will pay for return shipping costs if it is our error.

• For authorized returns please call us at 888-314-BEAM(2326) to acquire your Return  Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write RMA number on the box.
• Returning product must be properly boxed and insured.
• Credit will be issued after receipt and inspection of merchandise.

Color Variances
There could be a slight color variance especially if ordered at different times. Color Variances are not a valid reason for returns.

Texture Differences
Textures may differ in products of the same style. Especially if model numbers differ. If you need a repeating pattern in any certain item please let us know so we can make every effort to achieve you wishes.
