FAQ
-
Absolutely! They are easy to cut with any wood cutting tool. We advise using a high-quality tool with a finish blade. Details on how to cut can be found in our installation section.
-
Our panels have fingers on one side, slots on the other and a lip at the top. All of these elements come together to give you not only a realistic installation but also one that is watertight. The fingers nestle beautifully into the slots. Staggering the seam makes it virtually disappear. By overlapping the panels (left to right and top to bottom) and adding some caulk you'll create a watertight seal for exterior installations.
-
Yes. We recommend installing faux panels using both a high-quality construction adhesive as well as mechanical fasteners (screws) however, as long as the surface is structurally sound, you can install our panels using just adhesive. Please see the detailed instructions under the resources tab. If you have any questions please reach out via phone or live chat Monday-Friday from 8 AM-5 PM EST.

Faux panels are great for both interior and exterior installation. Inside they can add new life to an old fireplace (we sell mantels too) or transform a basement from drab to fab. Want a focal wall? Just add some trim and you've got a show piece. Outside they can transform your foundation or your home's facade.

Absolutely and it will be gorgeous! We recommend planning the height of your wainscoting installation based on the height of the panels that you select then add a ledger for the perfect finishing touch.
-
We mold them from real stone, rock, brick and wood then hand paint them in North Carolina to be the most realistic panels on the market.
