Eligible businesses include interior designers and design firms, architects and architecture firms, builders, general contractors, purchasing agents, set designers and stagers, independent/small businesses, and other qualified applicants in the building trades.

To apply for membership, create an account and upload a copy of your business or contractor's license. ProAdvantage accounts require verification, and program benefits will only be available once an account is verified.

Verification is usually completed within one business day. If you have any questions about your application, contact a ProAdvantage specialist via email sales@azfaux.com, live chat or phone at (888) 314-2326. Live chat and phone are available Mon-Fri 8AM to 5PM ET.

You will receive a welcome email when your ProAdvantage account is verified, usually within one business day.

The application process has an option to upload your state-issued tax resale certificate. Once you are approved, orders will ship tax-free. If you did not upload your business tax certificate when creating your account, email your document to a ProAdvantage specialist at sales@azfaux.com to update your account.

ProAdvantage discounts can only be used in conjunction with one-time-use sample coupon codes. No other promotions can be combined. Redeem one-time-use sample coupon codes by contacting a ProAdvantage specialist at (888) 314-2326 (Mon-Fri 8AM to 5PM ET).

No, membership does not expire and will continue for the duration of the program. However, to maintain your tax-exempt status, you are required to keep a valid, state-issued tax resale certificate on file.
