What is the purpose of a starter strip?

A starter strip is required at the base of the installation to lock the first row of panels in place, flush against the structure.

How much starter strip do I need?

You will need the length of starter strip equal to the lineal footage of the base of each wall. Please refer to the product specs for the length of the selected starter strip.

How much J-channel do I need?

You will need enough J-channel to go around each side of every window, door frame and other protrusions.
